Community Health Improvement Week | June 8–12
For Wyoming Behavioral Institute, improving community health means taking our Trauma-Informed education beyond our walls and into the places where Wyoming people live, work, learn, and serve. Mitch S., RN, Nursing Supervisor, and Lance R., Training Coordinator, lead WBI’s Trauma-Informed training for schools, businesses, and organizations across Wyoming.
The training helps teams better understand how trauma can impact behavior, communication, trust, safety, and connection. It also helps equip the people who are often supporting others long before someone reaches a behavioral health setting.
We are proud to support organizations that are investing in safer, more compassionate, and more trauma-informed communities across Wyoming!
