No Limits Physical Therapy

No Limits Physical Therapy Our Mission is to provide exemplary physical therapy services and wellness programs to the Castle Rock community and surrounding areas.

We are committed to EDUCATE the community on how to TREAT and PREVENT musculoskeletal injuries. No Limits Physical Therapy will work with you to design a highly specialized program of exercises and manual therapy to help you accomplish your goals and maximize your body’s ability to perform. The first visit with your physical therapist is primarily split up into 3 sections:

#1 – Getting to know yo

u:
Your PT will first ask you several questions regarding your health history, your current situation, and what you want to achieve by working with us. It’s important that we fully understand who you are and how we can best help you!

#2 – Testing:
Your PT will then conduct many tests to assess your range of motion, flexibility, strength, and overall body control to best understand not only why you hurt, but also how to prevent the injury from returning.

#3 – Plan Development:
Last, you will be educated as to why you hurt and what you can do about it. Your physical therapist will design a program that day for you to do at home to start treating yourself. We will also explain to you what to expect out of future visits as your function improves. The more you know, the better success we will have!

We’re hosting a FREE “Save Your Summer From Knee Pain” Workshop, right here Castle Rock.

Don’t let knee pain stop you from enjoying the activities you love this summer. Whether it’s pickleball, gardening, hiking, or simply staying active, this workshop will show you how to keep moving with less pain and more confidence.

At the Workshop You’ll Discover How To:

- Prevent Knee Pain During Summer Activities
- Reduce Pain with Simple Movement Strategies
- Protect Your Knees While Hiking, Gardening & Pickleball
- Improve Strength & Mobility for Healthier Knees

This session is designed to give you practical, easy-to-follow tips so you can enjoy summer without letting knee pain hold you back.

Together, we created warm fleece blankets, all destined for children receiving care at Colorado Children’s Hospital. These thoughtful gifts are meant to offer comfort and a sense of hope to kids during their hospital journeys.
