Some people say, “I could never work with my family.”

We said, “Let’s build a business together.” 😅

Sure, there are occasional debates about who’s right (it’s still under investigation), but getting to spend every day with the people you love, chasing a shared dream and helping others, is something we’re incredibly grateful for.

Wouldn’t trade it for anything!

There is something magical about moving your body in nature.

A few weeks ago, our practice was accompanied by the rhythm of the ocean. The sound of waves, warm sand beneath our feet, and the endless horizon reminding us to surrender.

Today, our mat overlooked mountain peaks, where stillness is found in towering pines, crisp alpine air, and the quiet strength of the landscape.

Different scenery. Different energy. Same intention.

Yoga has a beautiful way of reminding us that peace isn’t found in a place, it’s something we carry with us. Whether by the sea or in the mountains, every breath is an invitation to reconnect, to be present, and to appreciate the beauty surrounding us.

From ocean waves to mountain vistas… our hearts are full.

Where do you feel most connected to yourself? By the water or in the mountains?

Is it really a “backorder”… or is there more to the story?

For months we’ve been hearing that estradiol is on backorder. Now, progesterone is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain.

So I have to ask…

Is this truly a manufacturing and supply chain issue?

Or is something bigger happening?

As more women seek answers for fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, mood changes, loss of muscle, decreased libido, and metabolic health, they’re discovering that optimizing hormones may address the root cause rather than simply masking symptoms.

At the same time, we’ve seen a dramatic rise in prescriptions for:
• Antidepressants
• Anti-anxiety medications
• Sleep medications
• ADHD medications
• Weight-loss medications
• And countless others designed to manage symptoms.

Could greater access to evidence-based hormone therapy reduce the need for some of these medications in certain individuals?

Or is the current shortage simply the result of increased demand outpacing production?

We think it’s a conversation worth having.

Women deserve access to evidence-based care, informed choices, and the medications they need without months of uncertainty.

What are you seeing in your area? Have you or your patients experienced difficulty obtaining estradiol or progesterone?

Let’s have a respectful discussion. 👇

As our retreat comes to an end, we leave with grateful hearts, relaxed minds, and rejuvenated spirits.

This week has been an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life, reconnect with ourselves, embrace stillness, and explore practices that support true healing and resilience. Through yoga, meditation, Qigong, nature, and meaningful connection, we’ve been reminded that recovery is not a luxury—it’s a necessity.

As healthcare providers, coaches, and wellness advocates, we know that we can only provide our best care when we prioritize our own well-being. We return home feeling refreshed, focused, and inspired to better serve our clients, patients, and community.

Beyond the personal transformation, we’ve spent this time gathering ideas, experiences, and insights that may help us create similar opportunities for the individuals we serve through Tactical Health 100. Our vision is to bring more recovery, resilience, and human performance experiences to those who dedicate their lives to serving others.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause, breathe, and allow yourself to recharge.

The journey home begins, but the lessons continue.

Slow down. Breathe deeply. Restore fully.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, restorative yoga offers the gift of simply being. Through supported poses, mindful breathing, and intentional stillness, the body shifts from stress and tension into a state of deep relaxation and healing.

Restorative poses help calm the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, improve sleep quality, release physical tension, and create space for mental clarity and emotional balance. As the body relaxes, energy is conserved and replenished, allowing you to leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more connected to yourself.

Today, we embraced the power of stillness—allowing the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the spirit to recharge. Sometimes the most powerful movement is learning when to pause.

Give yourself permission to rest. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you.

There’s something powerful about practicing Qigong beside the ocean.

As the waves rise and fall, we are reminded of the natural rhythm that exists within each of us. During our Qigong teaching session at the retreat, we explored gentle movements, mindful breathing, and energy cultivation practices designed to reduce stress, improve vitality, and restore balance.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, water represents wisdom, adaptability, and renewal. Surrounded by the healing energy of the sea, we connected with the Water Element through intentional movement, breathwork, and stillness.

Whether you’re seeking greater resilience, inner peace, improved energy, or a deeper mind-body connection, Qigong offers a simple yet profound pathway back to yourself.

The ocean teaches us to flow, release what no longer serves us, and trust the journey.

Movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for managing stress, protecting our health, and restoring our energy.

When we move our bodies—whether through walking, yoga, Qigong, strength training, or simply getting outside—we help regulate our nervous system, lower stress hormones, improve circulation, and release built-up physical and emotional tension.

Many people think they need more energy before they exercise. The truth is that intentional movement often creates energy. By improving blood flow, oxygen delivery, mobility, and mental clarity, movement helps us feel more focused, resilient, and capable throughout the day.

The key isn’t always doing more—it’s moving consistently. Even a few minutes of mindful movement can help shift your body out of stress mode and into recovery mode.

Move to release stress.Move to build resilience.Move to conserve your energy for what matters most.

Your body was designed to move—and when it does, it thrives.

The ocean teaches what stillness feels like. In the rhythm of the waves, the mind quiets, the breath deepens, and the soul remembers its natural state of peace.

This week, we’re stepping away from the noise and reconnecting with what matters most—movement, mindfulness, nature, and renewal. Surrounded by the healing energy of the ocean, yoga, and Qigong, we’re embracing rest, reflection, and the simple beauty of being present.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause.

Breathe deeply.
Move intentionally.
Restore your energy.
Return to yourself.

Beautiful day for yoga sculpt, mindful meditation, Awakening Workshop, and Vin Yin. Questions for the day to ponder: when was the last time your mind was quiet? What does your mind, body, and soul need today?
