has a wide variety of techniques, not just diversified (which can result in a pop or crack). Often, I hear, “I’m afraid” or “will it hurt?” Here, I am using flexion distraction and instrument assisted adjusting on a patient after she was involved in an auto accident.

My sweet patient asked to film here session, since she is trying to talk her friend into coming to see me. Her friend is afraid to come because someone (not a chiropractor) tried to adjust her neck. Would you have a non-surgeon do your surgery?!

Chiropractic care is very safe…when performed by someone with the appropriate education. And after a thorough history (not videotaped).

Grateful for all of my patients (who sometimes bring the most beautiful flowers), and nearly ONE whole year of being back to work after the birth of my first child! Incredibly thankful for the opportunity to care for YOU!

The sweetest patient casually dubbed me fairy Mary today (and sent me this accompanying photo with my new title). While I’m so glad she’s feeling so much better, it’s not all magic. Sometimes it’s gentle adjustments that make all the difference ✨

Six months post ankle fracture. A snippet of this morning’s workout…a little mobility work, a little rehab and a little strength work.

Watch how dry needling helps relieve muscle tension and improve movement. This gentle, evidence-based technique is used to target tight trigger points and support pain relief and recovery in this patient post cubital tunnel release.
