I just got back from a trip out West where I had the opportunity to experience many different types of healing modalities, spiritual connections, and ancient practices. It was very inspiring and a huge growth opportunity for me. I'm inspired to bring some of what I learned back to my practice here in Catawissa. Looking forward to sharing more healing options soon. Here are some pics of what I experienced: a private healing session at Peace Park in Sedona, personal meditation at Cathedral Rock vortex in Sedona, Native American practices and spiritual spaces, connections to nature, mineral soaks in Colorado's ancient hot springs, crystal vibrations, and the most powerful was experiencing a massive lightning storm while at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Sedona and staring up at the statue of Jesus. 💫👽🌵⚡☕🔮🧿🪬☮️☯️✝️ Read the photo captions for more info.

Camp Courage is a local, free camp for kids experiencing grief. I have been a volunteer with Camp Courage for over 10 years. If you know a child who may benefit from attending camp, please have their parent or guardian fill out the camper application on the website. Link in comments.
