🎂 From this little girl… to me today. 🎂

Apparently the paintbrush should've been the first clue. 😂🖌️ My love for creating, painting, remodeling, and turning ideas into something real started pretty young.

☕️ An early morning at the suite, made a little sweeter. 🤎

My Saturday morning started bright and early at 6 AM with my first client of the day (60-minute Signature Reset), surprising me with a french vanilla coffee. 🥹☕️ Such a simple gesture, but such a wonderful way to start my morning!
I follow that up with two more 60-minute HHBC Signature Resets, wrapping up by noon.
Three sessions, a little caffeine, and a pretty great Saturday morning at the suite. 🤍

Now - it’s almost time for a little reset of my own! 🎉
I’ll be out of the suite next week for some birthday celebrations. 🎂

Wednesdays are supposed to be a day off (usually) but reschedules sometimes happen.
Today, I couldn't be more thankful - It was a full day at the suite.

I wrapped up the evening with a little behind-the-scenes bookwork, took one last look around my suite, and smiled. This little dream that started as an idea has grown into something I never could have imagined. More than a business... it's become a place where people come to rest, heal, celebrate victories, work through challenges, laugh, cry, and simply breathe for a little while.
The friendships I've built along the way are something I'll never take for granted. 🫶

👀 A fun collection coming to the suite from Wild Rayne Mercantile! 🙌

Our Gemstone Collection was our quickest selling body product line by far and we’re sad to see it end, especially with the final market for it being cancelled. There’s still a few items available on the website, and our 25% off sale is still going on.

But on the bright side, the full gemstone collection will soon be available at Healing Hands By Cheyenne for purchase in her studio along with a few of our other products as well! Be sure to follow her page for update on when it’s stocked and ready for purchase.

"If you knew everything that came with owning a business, would you still do it?"

It's a question I've thought about a lot lately.

When someone asked me if I was ready for everything that came with opening my own business, I confidently said, "Yes, absolutely."

The truth is... I had NO IDEA!
I forced myself in the hardest chapter of my life, on the drop of a dime - because my dream was my priority.
It was a now, or never decision... and I had to take it!

I wasn't prepared for the loss of friendships, countless decisions, the sacrifices, the self-doubt, the long days and nights, or all the responsibility that comes with building something that's entirely your own.

But I also wasn't prepared for the incredible people I'd meet, the friendships I'd build, the trust my clients would place in me... I wasnt prepared for the incredible feeling of watching my dream slowly become my daily reality.

Almost a year and a half into this solo journey and I'm still learning and growing every single day.
Some lessons come easy.
Others humble me.
Every one of them has made Healing Hands By Cheyenne stronger, and it's made me stronger too.

Owning a business isn't about having all the answers - let alone right away.
It's about showing up consistently, adapting, learning, growing and refusing to quit on yourself (and your clients) when things get HARD - Because they will....
Here's to never losing sight of why I started. 🤍
12 years into my career and 1 year in my own business - I really wouldn't trade it for the world.
