I love using the device but also just getting it away from you sometimes or turning it on focus or do not disturb modes!

Little things make a HUGE difference in calming down the nervous system!

Before we even begin to spend money on labs, supplements and HRT, we must really be self aware of our lifestyle.

I know it can be frustrating, but this is the foundation.

This is going to show up on labs and the recommendations are going to be the same - eat less processed foods, get fruits and vegetables in, eat in regular intervals, stop grazing all day, live your life with less internal pressure and give your body messages of safety vs danger way more consistently.

Once these things are being met more often, then we can look at all the labs, talk about HRT and supplements!

If you want a holistic picture into your health and symptoms, let’s chat and get a lifestyle that works for you.

Feeling anxious, shaky, exhausted, hungry all the time, or constantly “on edge” is not always just anxiety or hormones alone. Blood sugar, stress physiology, sleep, and the nervous system all play a role too. 🤍

This is why I look at the full picture instead of symptoms in isolation.
