At Visiting Angels of Lehigh Valley, we recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health. Feelings of loneliness, stress, and isolation can affect seniors and their families, which is why compassionate, companionship and meaningful connections matter every day.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we encourage everyone to check in on loved ones, have open conversations, and support one another. Sometimes, simply having someone to talk to can make all the difference.
