Our 2026 Luau Open House captured the true spirit of aloha filled with laughter, excitement, traditional island inspired foods, and a warm, peaceful energy. It was a beautiful day spent celebrating our residents, families, friends, staff, and future residents. Mahalo to all who were part of the celebration.

Update Roof & Solar Project:

The roof has been completed. Valentine Roofing did an excellent job and their people were great to work with.

The Solar installation starts on Monday!

Our annual Let Freedom ring BBQ brought residents together for fret food, good company and plenty of smiles! A delicious barbecue and wonderful memories made for a truly enjoyable day.

Our hearts are full after a wonderful Independence Day celebration!! 🇺🇸🍔 Huge shout out to our amazing staff for hosting a wonderful festive BBQ for our residents. Colonial Residence received new outdoor tables from a generous donor ~ thank you! Residents are now beautifying the space with flowers to create a lovely outdoor retreat.
