Our next Choose Hope Grief Workshop in collaboration with Not My Child runs from 6:00 - 7:30 pm, November 12th at our Hope and Grief Center. A light meal is provided for participants. This session's theme will focus on navigating the holiday season through grief, honoring loved ones, and creating new traditions.

This Sunday marks the start of Dia de Los Mu***os, a beautiful tradition of remembering those we've lost. We strive to understand, respect and celebrate the culture, spiritual beliefs, and traditions of all of our patients and families. Take some time this weekend to celebrate a loved one who has gone before you and enjoy the sweet memories.

One of the most common questions surrounding the transition to hospice care is around medication. The Palliative PA explains a few scenarios very well here. One size does not fit all- it's all about what is going to make things most comfortable for the patient!
