Meet our next model, Roz Laskin! 💫

For anyone who knows Roz well, they know that she is a “major” fashionista!💃 She even loves to dress up for yoga with her hair done, full makeup, earrings, and often a jaunty scarf around her neck. 🤩

Roz was “bitten by the fashion bug” when she was 13 years old. Her Aunt Mimi, who owned a little boutique in Western PA, asked Roz if she wanted to work as a salesperson on Saturdays and during summer vacations. Guess what she said? An emphatic YES! Aunt Mimi taught her well, and Roz has loved fashion and shopping ever since, as her many friends well know. She not only loves to shop for herself and her family, but she has also shopped for dozens of her friends over the years. And the rest, as they say, is history! 🛍️

Roz has lived on KI since 2008, when she retired early from the federal government. She moved here from Bethesda to live with her fiancé, and they got married in Tuscany, Italy, in October 2009. 💞

She has been a volunteer with Compass for about 14 years and proudly served as the “Shoe Manager” for seven of those years. We are incredibly grateful to have Roz sharing her beautiful style and spirit with us on the runway! ✨

Compass is proud to introduce our next wonderful model, Tracye Landon! 💫

Born and raised in Chestertown, Tracye still proudly calls it home 64 years later. While this is only her second modeling job—her first debut was at just 6 years old—she brings a lifetime of heart, dedication, and service to our local community. Tracye officially retired in 2024 after an incredible 41-year career with the State of Maryland, including 40 years spent serving families as a child protective services caseworker for the Kent County Department of Social Services. Driven by a lifelong passion for helping others, she quickly realized retirement was a bit too quiet. Today, she continues her vital mission as a part-time Family Advocate at the Kent County Child Advocacy Center, fulfilling her deep-rooted need to help families heal and make a lasting difference in their lives—a beautiful reflection of the compassionate values we hold dear at Compass.

When she isn't giving back to the community, Tracye enjoys a vibrant life surrounded by love. She and her husband have been happily married for 36 years and are filled with anticipation as they prepare to welcome their first grandchild this coming February. In her free time, she loves cooking, boating, and entertaining friends and family. We are so grateful to have Tracye represent Compass and share her warm, caring spirit with us at this year's Fashion Show! 💖

Meet our next model — Kim Zwobot! ✨

Kim has been a dedicated volunteer with Compass for the past 15 years, with much of her time devoted to Camp New Dawn, a special program supporting children who have experienced the loss of a loved one. She is passionate about helping children navigate grief and find connection, comfort, and hope after loss.

Outside of her work with Compass, Kim enjoys crocheting, reading, traveling, and taking long walks. She is married and the proud mom of four grown children, as well as a very special one-year-old granddaughter who has quickly become one of her greatest joys. And, of course, she can’t leave out her sweet pooch, Luna!

Kim is honored to be part of this iconic event and excited to walk the runway in support of an organization that has meant so much to her over the years.

We’re so happy to have Kim joining us and can’t wait to see her shine on the runway! 💫
