We’re making a change to help streamline our services & create a more seamless experience for everyone!

Moving forward, we will NO LONGER be offering the $65 “re-evaluation”appointments for weight management.❌
Instead, weight mgmt patients will transition to a $99 Lifestyle Medicine Follow-Up with Tina every 8 weeks, rather than the previous $65 re-evaluation every 4 weeks.❗️

So, what does this mean for you?
At Boost Mode Spa & DPC, we offer two main services: Direct Primary Care (DPC) & Lifestyle Medicine. Weight management treatment falls under our Lifestyle Medicine category. This change allows us to bring these services together under one streamlined approach, making scheduling & follow-up care easier for both our patients & our team!

Here’s the thing: DPC isn't necessarily meant to replace your health insurance.. It can actually work alongside it!
With DPC, you pay 1 monthly membership fee for quicker access to your primary care provider, longer appointments, preventative care & a much more personal approach to your health.🩵

So, what is medical insurance still used for?
Think hospital stays, surgeries, ER visits, & other services that may fall outside your DPC membership. Catastrophic coverage is recommended to maintain!

We’ve unfortunately seen an increase this week in patients arriving 15+ minutes late, & we want to share why being on time matters!

At Boost Mode Spa & DPC, we believe in longer appointments for a reason. Tina takes the time to listen, understand your concerns, & dig deeper to provide the thorough, personalized care YOU DESERVE.🩵 She will NOT rush through your appointment just to make up for lost time. When you arrive late, it takes away from the time dedicated to your care & can impact the schedule for other patients, too. 👎

Life happens, we get it! But if you are running behind, please give us a call so we can check with your provider's schedule to ensure you can still be seen. 10+ minutes late can be cancelled at your provider's discretion❗️

Do yourself a favor & give yourself the full time you’ve booked! We want you to get the most out of every visit, & that starts with arriving on time. 🫶 Thank you all!
