Legacy had the pleasure of hosting case managers from across the Cleveland area for a fun evening out on the water! Our guests enjoyed a beautiful boat cruise, great conversations, delicious food, and plenty of time to connect and build relationships. ❤️ We are so grateful for the opportunity to spend time with the amazing case managers who work so hard to support individuals and families throughout our community.
