When Cooper arrived, he was carrying the weight of many challenges and obstacles. Throughout his journey, he faced trials that could have easily caused him to give up, but instead he chose to lean into the process, trust the program, and continue moving forward. The man leaving today is not the same man who walked through our doors.

Today we are celebrating Domenika’s incredible 4 years at The Hope (Charleston Recovery Center) and we are supporting her as she begins an exciting new path.

Domenika’s dedication, consistency, and heart have helped shape The Hope in countless ways. Behind the scenes, she has been instrumental in helping The Hope grow stronger—advancing policies and procedures, helping secure important certifications, building legal and operational relationships, and using her incredible technology knowledge to help move us forward in ways many people will never fully see.

But beyond all of that, Domenika has made a direct impact where it matters most—with the residents in recovery. She has encouraged, supported, and walked alongside so many residents on their recovery journeys with consistency, care, and commitment.

And of course… anyone who knows Domenika, knows her perspective and perfectly timed comments have given us some truly unforgettable laughs along the way.

Domenika, thank you for everything you have poured into The Hope over the last four years. While we will miss you tremendously, we are so excited to cheer you on as you step into this new chapter.

You will always be a big part of our recovery family!
