Coffee guidelines:
1. Less caffeine IS better and I do think it’s important for everyone to know how their body feels off of caffeine
-> Once weaned off (go slow), you can see how much caffeine is a crutch for you energy levels and when low energy isn’t being masked, your body may actually be telling you there’s something that needs support
-> Once weaned, you can now use caffeine more strategically! You’ll feel the energy boost a lot more potently
2. Consider starting with half caf: Mix a decaf and full caf blend or find a 1/3 caf blend like I drink by
3. Organic is a must
4. Low acid is a really good step, maybe not necessary for everyone
5. 3rd party tested for mold and contaminants is a must
6. Smaller biz > megacorps that don’t care about anything but $$
7. Bitter = better! Your digestive system, namely your bile/gallbladder love bitter. So chill on the sweet and creamy
8. Hot > cold (sorry girliesssssss) for your digestive system overall
9. Don’t drink it riiiighr away: Delay a bit! 30+ minutes into your day
10. Don’t drink it late: Don’t consumer caffeine after noon, lest you contribute to that issue the internet is trying so hard to get you to fix with the trends lately 😅
What do you think??
