The Summer of Flow starts TODAY! ☀️ Are you ready?

From June 1 through Aug. 31, practice with as many CY teachers as you can. Pick up your poseport (and free sunglasses 🕶️) at the front desk at either studio to join in. Ask each teacher to punch your poseport after class, and have fun getting to know more of the CY fam.

What can one heart do? 🤍 Charlie's Heart Foundation was founded in 2017 after the tragic loss of 5-year-old Charlie Holt. Its mission is to support vulnerable families through access to mental health care and family-centered services.

Here’s how you can show up for Charlie’s Heart this month:
