๐ฟ How Do We Build a Body That Handles Heat Better?
As summer approaches, many people focus on drinking more water or spending more time in air conditioning.
While those things are important, they are only part of the picture.
A body that adapts well to heat depends largely on healthy circulation.
When the nervous system is balanced, blood vessels can respond more efficiently, circulation improves, and the body is better able to regulate temperature.
Stress, on the other hand, often creates tension throughout the body. As tension increases, circulation can become less efficient, breathing becomes shallower, and recovery becomes more difficult.
Strong lower-body muscles also play an important role. They help move blood throughout the body and support overall circulation.
This movement helps:
๐ฟ Strengthen the lower body
๐ฟ Open the chest and upper body
๐ฟ Support healthy circulation throughout the body
A body that handles heat well is not simply a body that tolerates heat.
It is a body that circulates well, adapts well, and recovers well. ๐ฟ
Strong circulation.
Strong recovery.
Better resilience in the heat.
