Fire safety is not something we take lightly at The Victorian. This week's full building evacuation drill was another successful step in our ongoing commitment to updating and maintaining the highest safety standards for our residents and staff.

Conducted in partnership with the Chatham Fire and Police Departments, this drill was the latest milestone in a structured emergency preparedness program we formalized this past July, ensuring protocols are not only in place, but continuously practiced and refined.

Thank you to our incredible staff, our wonderful residents, and our partners at the Chatham Fire and Police Departments for making safety a priority and this drill a success.

"Whack-a-Mole" with pool noodles at Liberty Commons was every bit as hilarious as it sounds, especially when our staff are the moles. And yes, that includes our owner Bill, who took his hits like a true champion. We love this community so much.
