💜 Paint the County Purple with Us! 💜

June is Alzheimer’s and Dementia Awareness Month, and Washington County Hospital & Nursing Home is excited to host our 4th Annual Paint the County Purple campaign!

We invite our entire community to help spread awareness and show support for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

Here are a few ways you can participate:

💜 Decorate your home, business, yard, or door with purple decorations such as bows, ribbons, signs, banners, and more.

💜 Local churches are encouraged to choose a Sunday in June to wear purple and share photos with our page.

💜 Community members, mark your calendars and wear purple on Thursday, June 25, 2026!

Together, we can raise awareness, honor those impacted by dementia, and show our community's support. Be sure to share your photos with us throughout the month so we can celebrate everyone's participation!
