🌸 What is the luteal phase… and why does it matter for pregnancy?

After ovulation, your body enters the luteal phase 🧬 This is when progesterone rises and helps prepare the uterus for a possible pregnancy 🤍

If pregnancy happens, progesterone supports implantation and early development 👶✨

But when the luteal phase is short or progesterone is not adequate, it can make it harder to conceive or maintain a pregnancy 💔

What many don’t realize is this:
You can feel changes here mood shifts, appetite changes, energy dips, even stronger boundaries and emotions during this time 🌀

If you've been trying to get pregnant for 6 months or longer and still feel like you don’t have clear answers, you’re not alone.

One of the most common things I hear from women is:
“My doctor says everything looks normal.”

But when I review fertility cases, what I often see is that the right pieces haven’t been evaluated together.

Things like:
• thyroid levels that are technically normal but not optimal for fertility
• subtle insulin resistance that isn’t picked up on basic labs
• inflammation markers that were never checked
• male fertility factors that haven’t been fully evaluated

When those pieces get missed, couples can spend months or even years trying without a clear plan.
So instead of hosting another big webinar, I’m trying something different.

On April 2 at 6PM ET, I’m hosting a small Fertility Strategy Intensive where I’ll walk through:
