I have a passion for helping people (singles and couples) grow toward wholeness in relationships with themselves, with others, and with God. This may include identifying and changing unhealthy patterns, processing through traumas, working with issues in intimacy, and understanding the practical application of spir

ituality. While my faith is important to me, I respect that not all clients want matters of faith incorporated into their therapy experience. I'm happy to accommodate to many populations. I adore the Chattanooga area and want to do my part in helping people to thrive in their personal lives and families- helping to create a healthier and happier "City of Lights".

🎙️I’m planning on recording the latest episode of “ The Healthy S*x Podcast “ later this week, and am privileged to have back on as a guest.🙏🏼🧡👑

We will be discussing the content and conversational pieces around his latest book 📖 “ Safe Church ⛪️ : How to Guard Against S*xism and Abuse in Christian Communities”.

How we see one another in our gender directly correlates to how we see God, and how we do community with one another. I want to use the platform The Lord has blessed me with to address this further.

There’s no way I could get all of the vitamins and minerals I need with my current work schedule and daily routine.

Love this and wanted to share with y’all.🙏🏼🔥

 It’s a blurb about how the nervous system of the THERAPIST determines whether or not clients feel safe to synchronize in the therapeutic space to do work and feel safe.❤️‍🩹

 This is a huge reason why I strongly dislike Telehealth, and why I’m super frustrated that so many of my colleagues want to do telehealth instead of meet with people in person. 

It’s also why I decided to keep people seeing people in person during the pandemic when almost everyone else went online.

 It’s also a powerful reminder for us as therapists that we have to continue to do our work to stay present and grounded and regulated, so people feel safe.
