You don’t have to let the people in your life keep you down.

Every time you keep the peace for the sake of not being difficult or because it’s just easier, your body reacts. Your nervous system coils up tighter. Your somatic field remembers. You get more weighed down, more tired, sick more often, imbalanced hormones, develop an autoimmune disorder.

Those people are not your responsibility. Keeping things easy is not your responsibility.

Let that s**t go so you can start thriving.

Let them go so they can stop tying you to places you don’t belong.

Let them go so you can truly find yourself instead of being who and what others want you to be.

Fighting patriarchal messaging in every corner, including the healing & witchtok communities.

If you’re in that space, you did not join it just to be controlled with more fear, shame, and perfectionism cloaked as spirituality, divinity, becoming healed, or protection.

I’m Amanda Rose and yes I am a spiritual healer, a witch, and Jeshua’s Oracle. But we do things differently around here.

So much needs to change in the healing space and the witch community so that we can also be free of the somatic conditioning ingrained in us that we can’t even see.

You can go from mainstream/tradlife/religion to spiritual/witchy/healing/anti-patriarcy, but unless you release the somatic conditioning society gave us, you can’t really be free. It’s just another version of the patriarchy.
