This patient presented with a U cup, neck and back pain, shoulder grooving from her bra straps, and skin irritation beneath her breasts. Her goal was to be a DD cup while maintaining fullness.

Despite muscle relaxants, NSAIDs, and physical therapy, her symptoms never improved. I removed 1862g (4.1 lbs) from the right breast and 1516g (3.3 lbs) from the left breast. Now, just 3 months after surgery, she’s thrilled with the relief of her pain and the breast volume we were able to maintain.

This 74-year-young patient came to me after a breast augmentation 15 years ago with 320cc silicone implants.

Her goal was clear: a more natural appearance without the “obvious implant look.”

I exchanged her implants for 235cc silicone implants and placed them subpectorally to create a smoother, more natural chest-to-breast transition. A breast lift was also performed to improve ni**le position and tighten the skin envelope.
