Congratulations to our amazing supervision student, Paige, on passing the BCBA exam! 🎉 We are incredibly proud of all the hard work, dedication, and perseverance that brought her to this milestone. Today our team spent the day participating in Compassionate Care Ukeru Training! 💙
We are committed to continually growing and learning so we can provide the highest quality care for the children and families we serve. This training focused on compassionate, relationship-based approaches that help create safe, supportive environments while teaching and reinforcing positive skills.
We're excited to incorporate what we learned into our daily interactions with clients by emphasizing empathy, respect, collaboration, and proactive strategies that support each child's individual needs.
