With their daughter navigating cancer treatment and no longer able to serve as her mother's primary caregiver, Jessica stepped in with patience, kindness, and unwavering dedication. Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the courage and sacrifice of those who served our country and to hold space for the families they leave behind.

We are proud to present Denise Wheeler with her second Platinum Caregiver Award, and it's easy to see why she's earned it twice! 🏆🏆

During snowstorms, Denise has volunteered her personal time to stay overnight with her client to ensure every scheduled shift was covered without being asked, and without expecting anything in return. Her only motivation is her client's safety and wellbeing.

She stays proactively in touch when potential issues arise, and has even offered to bring her client to her own home when road conditions posed a risk. When that wasn't possible, she simply stayed...because that's who Denise is.

This is what true dedication looks like, and we are so grateful to have her on our team. Denise, congratulations again! 🎉

When a major snowstorm was forecast, most people were thinking about staying home...Laurie Beres was thinking about her client. 🌨️

Laurie proactively reached out to offer additional support, and when she anticipated staffing challenges the following day, she offered to stay overnight so she could be there for his morning shift too. What started as an 8 a.m. Sunday shift became continuous, dedicated care straight through to 8 p.m. Monday evening.

Her client's daughter said it best: Laurie is selfless, reassuring, and has truly changed her father's life for the better.

We couldn't agree more.

Laurie, this Platinum Caregiver Award is so well deserved. Thank you for being exactly the kind of caregiver every family hopes for. 💙
