And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

Loving our community by serving its most vulnerable members, providing support, and sharing hope in Jesus Christ. We walk alongside the unsheltered, addicted, and lost, providing support in their current need, and pointing them towards the freedom, dignity and purpose found in Jesus Christ.

🚨 URGENT: Family in Crisis Needs Our Help! 🚨

This afternoon, we met a local family of six—a mom, dad, and 4 children, with another baby on the way—who are in immediate need of shelter, food, and basic necessities.

Thanks to our amazing friends at Feeding Souls Hotel and Food Ministry we have secured safe shelter for them for the next 2 days. However, finding long-term solutions will take a bit more time.

We need our community to rally together right now.

We are trying to raise enough funds to cover a full week's stay at a hotel and secure their immediate physical needs. Whether you can give financially or donate items from the list below, every donation makes a difference for this family.

👇 Items urgently needed (New or gently used):
• Boys clothing: 2T & 3T-4T
• Girls clothing: Size 4
• Boys Size 10-12, Size 5 Crocs
• Shoes for all (the sizes are unknown im basing this off age 2, 3 and 4)
• Size 8 Diapers
• 3T/4T Pull-ups
• Wipes
• Hygiene items: Deodorant and soap

Hotel cost: $70 per night

We have a Hot Spaghetti Dinner for the unsheltered coming up,
Monday May 4th,
First Baptist, Petersburg.

We often hear, "How can we help?"
So Lets break that down for you.

1) We need supplies like to go containers, silverware, napkins etc to provide this meal. We have an Amazon list with the items already picked out and if you choose to buy them there, it can ship direct to us. I have copied the Amazon link below.
**Thank you to everyone who has supported us, all items on the Amazon list have been bought!!**

2) It costs approx $250 in food cost to prepare a meal for 70 people, donations to our Venmo help cover that cost.

3) We dont just serve a meal we share the love of Jesus Christ, we sit with them, we listen and most importantly we pray with those we serve. So if you want to volunteer to be the hands and feet, I will be sharing a volunteer sign up link shortly, or you can send us a message that you are coming.

4) Pray - please pray for open hearts to receive the gospel, those serving to boldly speak the gospel truth and that Gods will, be done. 🙏

So 1, 2, 3.... and 4! Maybe you want to do 1 or 2 of the above options or more thats up to you. We thank you and are so grateful for your heart of kindness and so is the community.

Thank you for supporting our mission to love, serve and reach the lost in our community!

UPDATE: Wheelchair has been received! God is good! 🙌

Hey friends,

We have a disabled unsheltered gentlemen who is in need of a new wheelchair as the wheels on his are fully worn out, the seat is bent and torn and this is how he gets around. He says he has over 200 miles on those wheels and yesterday was having a hard time getting around due to slippery conditions. This wheelchair needs to be large/wide. (Like the one pictured)

If you have one to get rid of or know someone who does please direct them to this post and to contact us!

He only has one leg and is having issues with the other to where they will likely amputate it soon. It would be a Christmas blessing to this gentlemen!
