While we proudly offer 24/7 emergency services and host a visiting OB/GYN physician once a month in Shelby and Cut Bank, our facilities are not equipped for planned labor and delivery.

If you’re expecting, we encourage you to plan ahead and establish care with a provider who offers prenatal care and will work closely with you to coordinate delivery care with a facility that provides full labor and delivery services. This helps ensure the safest experience for both mom and baby.

If an unexpected situation arises, please know our ER is always here for you.

FREE SPORTS PHYSICAL CLINIC HAPPENING TODAY from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the CJI Main Gym in Chester!

Please note this is a walk-in clinic and students will be seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parents do not need to be present but must sign a consent prior to visit.

Liberty County Public Health will also be on-site for questions and student immunizations.
