🎉 Congratulations to Tiffany Cain – CECA Award Recipient! 🎉

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Tiffany Cain, who has been selected to receive the CECA Award – Celebrating Caregivers! 💙

Tiffany is such an important part of the Lucy Corr team. As our scheduler, she carries a tremendous responsibility behind the scenes, working every day to make sure our residents have the staff they need and our team has the support necessary to provide great care. Anyone who works in healthcare knows that scheduling is no easy task! Tiffany continues to show up, problem-solve, communicate, and do what is needed for our residents and her coworkers.

What makes Tiffany especially deserving of this recognition is that her contribution goes far beyond making a schedule. She is a team player who is willing to step in, help others, and support the needs of Lucy Corr wherever she can. She understands that every staffing decision ultimately impacts the care of our residents, and she takes that responsibility to heart.

The Celebrating Caregivers Award is such a fitting recognition because caregiving comes in many forms. Sometimes it is the person providing hands-on care, and sometimes it is the person working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that care can happen. Tiffany is one of those people.

And when Tiffany isn't busy keeping all of us organized at Lucy Corr, you'll likely find her cheering on the Boston Celtics ☘️🏀, enjoying time near the water—whether it's the ocean or the lake 🌊—or, most importantly, spending time with her children, affectionately known as "her babies." ❤️ Family means everything to Tiffany, and anyone who knows her knows just how much those babies mean to her!

Step right up! 🎪

Today we turned our biannual Skills Fair into a carnival, because learning doesn’t have to be boring.

From QAPI ring toss and infection prevention to resident rights, falls, nutrition, and emergency preparedness, our team traveled booth to booth sharpening their skills, sharing ideas, and having a little fun along the way.

The best part wasn’t the games—it was watching every department come together with one common goal: providing the safest, highest quality care possible for the people who call Lucy Corr home.

A huge thank you to every department that put so much time and creativity into making today such a success. Here’s to learning, laughing, and always striving to be better. ❤️🎡

On behalf of the Lucy Corr Foundation, thank you to everyone who joined us for our 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run this morning! Whether you ran, walked, volunteered, sponsored, or cheered from the sidelines, you helped make this event a tremendous success.

Congratulations to all of the 2026 Chesterfield County Senior Volunteer Hall of Fame nominees, who collectively have contributed more than 137,000 hours of volunteer service to our community.

We are especially proud to celebrate John Hilliard, Jr., a member of the Health Center Commission for the County of Chesterfield, who was selected as one of this year’s Hall of Fame inductees.

Congratulations also to fellow inductees David Lipp, volunteer and member of Chesterfield County’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), and Edith Lumpkin, retired nurse and volunteer with the Chesterfield County Police Department.

Bridget has been a valued member of the Lucy Corr family for 9 years, serving in our Accounting Department with dedication, professionalism, and heart. Her background in billing and accounting has made her an invaluable resource, and she consistently demonstrates a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Known for her determination and strong work ethic, Bridget is the kind of team member who sees a task through to completion and is always ready to lend a helping hand. She is a true team player whose positive attitude and commitment contribute greatly to our success.

Outside of work, Bridget is the proud mother of a daughter who will be attending VCU this fall. She loves being near the water, enjoys music, has a passion for jewelry, and is often described as the life of the party!
