Not law yet.

I want to retire this sentence.

And actually the word just in general

Here's the actual answer: your normal, everyday stress (like your job, your hard year, your anxiety about all of this) is not why you're not pregnant. If it were, most of the working world would be infertile.

Severe, chronic stress can affect ovulation. But when that's really happening, it doesn't show up quietly. It shows up with irregular or absent periods, labs that reflect it and other signs like significant weight changes.

If your cycles are regular and your workup is normal, your stress is not the hidden explanation AND it shouldn't be the reason a real evaluation gets delayed.

You didn't cause this by being too stressed.

And "calm down" has never been a real treatment plan.
