The shift from PCOS to PMOS reflects a growing recognition that this condition impacts far more than the ovaries alone, affecting metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation, hormones, thyroid health, cardiovascular risk, and overall wellbeing.

At Lush Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, we are excited to see the medical community take a more comprehensive and evidence-based look at the symptoms women have been experiencing for years.
So many patients are mis-diagnosed by their providers due to a vast misunderstanding of this condition.
While this condition is not curable, it can absolutely be supported through improving insulin resistance, optimizing metabolic health, supporting thyroid function, and providing individualized hormonal care.
