For the past three years, Chanelle has been making a meaningful impact as a Health Educator at Chicago Family. From helping patients manage hypertension to providing STI testing, she’s dedicated to supporting healthier communities every day. 💙

Joel plays a vital role in keeping our clinics running smoothly, purchasing everything from medical supplies 🩺 and office furniture 🪑, to IT software 💻 and equipment.

Joel loves connecting with colleagues and serving patients ❤️.

This is a full-circle moment for Joel. He was once a patient here as a child, when his family relied on these services after local steel mills closed.

It’s a powerful reminder that when we create a positive, supportive workplace, it inspires long-term commitment, growth, and meaningful impact 🌱✨
