Chicago Family Health Center Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) offers affordable comprehensive primary, dental and behavioral health services, as well as support programs.

We have six health center locations in South Chicago, Pullman, Roseland, Chicago Lawn and East Side. CFHC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that operates a network of six health center sites in South Chicago, Pullman, East Side, Roseland and Chicago Lawn, as well as a school-based health center at Chicago Vocational Career Academy. CFHC offers high quality, primary health including pediatrics

, OB/GYN, and internal medicine. We also offer dental care, behavioral health and support services for the whole family. We accept Medicaid and private insurance and offer a sliding scale discount program based on income to those who are uninsured. Our Mission:
CFHC will promote health through the delivery of quality, accessible primary healthcare that is culturally sensitive, affordable, and responsive to community and individual needs.

In 2024, 818 new HIV diagnoses were reported to the Chicago Department of Public Health—a 12.5% increase compared to 2023.

The good news? Knowing your HIV status empowers you to protect yourself and your partner(s). Many new infections are transmitted by people who don't know they have the virus.
