Extended Deep Plane Facelift with Deep Structural Neck Lift in Chicago.

This patient is 3 months post-op from an Extended Deep Plane Facelift with a Deep Structural Neck Lift, Upper Blepharoplasty, Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat Transfer, and a Deep Resurfacing Laser. She wanted to preserve her own facial features while resetting and polishing the aspects of her face and neck she no longer loved. I love that she still looks like herself, and no one would suspect that she’s had surgery. Totally refreshed! There are still a few areas of lingering swelling that will continue to heal and come down over the next several months.

This sweet patient is 5 weeks postop from a deep structural neck lift and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to address eye bags and hollowing. The neck lift did not include a facelift as her primary concern was neck laxity following significant weight loss. She had the right anatomy, skin texture, and was in the right age range for this procedure to be the perfect choice for her.

Here is a stellar result at three months postop from extended deep plane face and neck lift, and full face laser resurfacing. Pairing a face/neck lift with a deep laser is something I do very often because the lift addresses laxity and volume concerns, while skin textural issues can be dramatically improved with a laser.

Welcome to my page! Today I discuss some research studies about IPL (intense pulsed light) photofacials! IPL is an excellent option for sun spots, blemishes, and telangiectasias, however it is NOT the best option for treatment of fine lines. It can also be used in conjunction with CO2 laser as a additive effect for facial aging as well as hypertrophic (thickened) scars.
