Happy Filipino American History Month 🇵🇭🤎

Growing up multicultural isn’t always easy, but it’s a blessing to now know that we never have to choose between the different parts of who we are to belong, and can create spaces for all together.

I’m so grateful to be able to create soft spaces to land where everyBODY feels welcome to show up as their whole self, share their stories and cultures with one another, and be celebrated for exactly who they are. 🫶🏼✨

Here’s to embracing our roots, honoring every part of our identities, and building communities where we can all show up proudly and unapologetically as ourselves. 🇵🇭🤎

September photo dump 🤎📸

Last month was such a beautiful one. I got to share sound healing on stage at Strength in the City, teach Mat Pilates on the St. Regis terrace for our collab with Miru, gather for Self Love Book & Journal Club and host our Full Moon Equinox Sound Bath at Three Cities Social Club, enjoy dinner at Tre Dita, and spend time with fellow mamas after sending Liam off to sleepaway camp for the very first time 🥹

And in between all of that I got some much-needed time with my family (and ate so much Filipino food 🥰)

I’m so grateful to be able to use my gifts to create soft spaces for us all to land, and that I’ve built a community that holds me when I need it too 🥹
