Some things are just NOT coming with me. ✌🏾
The old energy.
The overwhelm.
The patterns I've outgrown.

Waist beads aren't just beautiful. For many women, they're deeply personal.

They can become a physical reminder of the woman you're becoming, and the woman you're remembering. ✨
Women may wear waist beads to connect with:
✨ Body awareness — becoming more present and connected to your body.
✨ Sensuality — adorning your body in a way that makes you feel beautiful and GOOD.
✨ Confidence — celebrating your body exactly as it is.
✨ Mindfulness — a physical reminder to come back to yourself.

Don't give your power away to your pendulum.

I LOVE my pendulum. I use it in my own spiritual practice. But it is a tool — it isn't the Most-High, and it isn't here to run my damn life. 😂
For me, working with a pendulum is another way to slow down, get grounded, and tune into my intuition.

If you're just starting, keep it simple:
✨ Get grounded.
Take a few breaths and settle into your body.
✨ Establish your signals.
Ask your pendulum to show you YES. Then ask it to show you NO.
✨ Practice with simple questions.
Start with things you already know the answers to.
✨ Ask one question at a time.
Don't overwhelm yourself trying to figure out your entire damn life in one sitting. 😂
✨ Pay attention to YOU.
What are you feeling? What are you hoping the answer will be? What comes up in your body when you see the response?

The goal isn't to depend on the pendulum. It's to become more connected to yourself and your own inner knowing.
Use the tool. Don't give the tool your power. 💗

So… what does a pendulum actually do? 👀
If you've never used one before, I know it can look a little mysterious. Like… girl, why is that crystal swinging? 😂

But here's the thing:
A pendulum isn't here to run your life or make your decisions for you.
I use mine as a tool to slow down, tune in, and connect more deeply with what I'm already sensing within myself.

Think of it as another way of having a conversation with your intuition.
If you're new to pendulums, start simple.

Hold your pendulum steady and ask it to show you YES.
Then ask it to show you NO.

From there, practice with questions you already know the answers to.
The goal isn't to make the pendulum give you the answer you want.

It's to observe.
To become present.
To notice what you're feeling.
And most importantly, to strengthen your relationship with your own intuition.
Because the power isn't in the pendulum.

The pendulum is the tool. YOU are the one learning to trust yourself.
Your intuition has been talking.
You just have to get quiet enough to listen. ✨

Don't just take a bath. Create a moment. 💗

Before you get in, ask yourself:
What do I need right now?
Maybe it's release.
Maybe it's peace.
Maybe it's clarity.

Maybe you're ready to stop carrying something that was never yours to begin with.
Once you know your intention, let everything else support it.

Light a candle.
Choose your crystals.
Add what feels meaningful to your ritual.

Put your damn phone away. 😂
Then get in the water and be there.

No multitasking.
No scrolling.
No solving everybody else's problems.

Just you.

Your intention doesn't have to be complicated.
Sometimes it's simply:
“I'm ready to let go.”
And that's enough. 💗

I think sometimes we make healing way more complicated than it needs to be.

We think we need to become this completely new, perfectly healed, spiritually evolved version of ourselves.

But what if healing isn't about becoming someone else?

What if it's about remembering?

Remembering what you love.

Remembering what matters to you.

Remembering the boundaries you used to have.

Remembering the dreams you put down.

Remembering how powerful you were before the world convinced you otherwise.

You are not a project that needs fixing.

You are a woman with layers.

Stories.

Lessons.

Scars.

Wisdom.

And so much more life still waiting for you.

So maybe today isn't about becoming.

Maybe today is about remembering.

Remember who you are, Goddess. 💗
