One of the hardest truths I’ve learned is this:
Healing is rarely a dramatic overnight transformation.

It’s usually a thousand quiet choices:
🌙 choosing rest
🌙 choosing honesty
🌙 choosing boundaries
🌙 choosing yourself again and again

If your progress feels slow, that does not mean you’re failing.

The fact that you’re still showing up for yourself is already evidence of growth. 💗

I had to slow down long enough to realize how overwhelmed and overstimulated I have been. During meditation with my 'Awaken the Goddess' group, It became clear that I've been trying to control so much. Putting pressure on myself, carrying things that were never mine to hold. I'm practicing noticing my patterns, Choosing differently, and trusting Divine timing. I've always been a risk taker, and three years into building my business back up underground while healing, I hear the voice that says "you should be further by now," "you shouldn't have been in this 9-5 as long as you are now."

Today I'm choosing grace. Grace for the learning, Grace for healing out of my survival mode, grave for being able to have the capital to build and grace for the timing to unfold. If you're there too, just know you're not behind. You're on your way.

Have you ever heard a song and felt it so deeply that you could literally see it?
That’s what happened to me with Light Return by JTrap Beatz Jackson

When I really sat with the lyrics, I got emotional because they spoke so deeply to what Goddess Time is about, coming back home to yourself, remembering who you are, releasing what you’ve been carrying, and allowing your light to return.

I knew I wanted Light Return to become the theme music for Goddess Time. ✨

But then something else happened…
I started seeing the song in my head.
Scenes. Emotions. Darkness. Release. Healing. Transformation. Light.

So I decided to bring what I was seeing to life.
I created the visual concept, creative direction, and edit using AI-assisted creative tools, and it has been SO much fun watching something that started in my imagination become an actual visual experience.

And I want to give full credit where it belongs: the music and lyrics are TRAP’s creation. His words and sound are what inspired everything you’re about to see.

This is simply what his song looked and felt like inside of me. 🥹

For years, so many of you have known me through different chapters of my life: designer, jewelry artist, entrepreneur, travel business owner, speaker, crystal girl 😂… and through every version of me, there has always been one thing happening underneath it all:
I was learning how to come back home to myself.

Long before I ever taught Goddess Time, I was having Goddess Time for me.

It became the space where I could slow down, get quiet, work through what I was carrying, reconnect with myself, and listen to what was trying to emerge next. And now I want to create more of that space for other women.

Awaken the Goddess Within is my FREE Facebook community for women who are ready to slow down, release what’s heavy, reconnect with themselves and remember who the hell they are underneath all the roles, responsibilities and expectations.
