Montgomery Place is pleased to welcome Jacinda Jackson, RN, as the new Director of Nursing for Life Care at Home.

With more than 20 years of nursing experience, Jacinda brings a wealth of clinical and leadership experience to her new role. She will lead nursing operations and help ensure the delivery of quality, person-centered care to older adults receiving services in their homes.

Life Care at Home, a service of Montgomery Place, provides personalized in-home care throughout the greater Chicago community—including personal care, skilled nursing, companionship, care management, and respite support.

🥕🍅 Fresh finds, happy residents! 🌽🍓

Montgomery Place residents enjoyed a special Farmers Market right here on campus! It was a wonderful opportunity to browse fresh produce, discover delicious seasonal offerings and enjoy a little taste of the farmers market experience without leaving home.
