Saint Anthony Hospital is an independent, nonprofit, faith-based, acute care, community hospital dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the families on the West Side and Southwest Side of Chicago. We have grown to provide medical care, social services, and community outreach to the residents of eight city neighborhoods: Little Village, North Lawndale, Pilsen, Brighton Park, Back of the Yards, McKinley Park, Archer Heights, and Chicago Lawn as well as suburban Cicero and Berwyn.

With the support of her midwife, Pam, who also helped deliver her son, Osiel, Lorena and her family joyfully welcomed their beautiful baby girl. Having built a trusting relationship with her midwife, Lorena was happy to return to Saint Anthony Hospital to deliver both of her children.

Saint Anthony Hosptial is grateful to have joined the Community Baby Shower at El Valor yesterday to connect with expecting families and share valuable resources and education.

Our OB providers and Certified Nurse Midwives presented on our maternity services and healthy pregnancy tips, while our Medical Imaging team highlighted Women's Imaging services, including maternal ultrasounds, breast health, and heart health.

Thank you to El Valor for hosting this baby shower and to everyone who stopped by to visit us. We are excited to support healthy families as they welcome their little ones into the world!
