Nothing but smiles on these faces to tee up our Friday! 😁💙🙌
Dominic came dressed as a ranger and went on safari during his rehabilitation session with Allison L., our speech pathology manager.
Not only is he learning new words and their meanings every week… he’s also shown that he can follow directions and imitate actions and words through playful activities!
Dominic showed his strength with the ball and his musical affinity when he held the guitar, all while expanding his vocabulary with the words “hat,” “head,” and “mine.”
“We took turns putting his hat on and off,” says Allison. “This helps him work on following commands, using motor skills, and practicing back-and-forth play. He’s learning concepts, so he can understand and use new words!”
