Fertility treatment asks a lot of a body. Hormonal stimulation can bring fluid retention, bloating, and a heaviness that’s hard to explain to anyone who hasn’t felt it. You’re pouring everything into what’s ahead, and the body doing the work often gets the least care.
Gentle lymphatic support won’t change a medical outcome, and it isn’t meant to. What it may offer is comfort: helping stagnant fluid move, easing some of the swelling, and, maybe most of all, the experience of being cared for during a season that can feel isolating and clinical.
A regulated, cared-for nervous system is linked to better recovery and rest, which matter enormously when you’re going through something demanding.
We’re sharing this because so much of the fertility conversation happens in secret. It doesn’t have to. Being supported through it: physically, gently, without having to hold it all together — is its own kind of medicine.
