I’m excited to share our latest publication: "Fragrance in Dermatology: Revisiting Sensitization and Clinical Use."

For years, the default message has often been that fragrance should simply be avoided. Our review takes a fresh look at the evidence and argues for a more individualized approach. By recognizing both the real risks of sensitization and the advances in formulation science, regulation, and even the emerging role of fragrance in patient experience and adherence, we hope to help move the conversation forward. Moreover, I truly believe the best is yet to come.

I’m especially grateful to Caitlin McIntyre, whose curiosity and dedication made this possible. ​
