National Speech-Language-Hearing Month ends tomorrow and we need to celebrate two more SLPs before it’s too late!
🌳 Anthony - He has an innate gift to naturally bring energy, creativity, and connection into every room he walks into! He has such a genuine passion for helping children grow, communicate, & thrive, by incorporating his musical talents into his sessions at the Center and the Academy. His love for music shines through in everything he does, creating sessions that are engaging and full of joy.
Anthony has dedicated so much of his professional growth to AAC and early communication access. He is a strong advocate for giving children access to communication and consistently works to educate parents, support the community, and share knowledge with fellow therapists. He has also recently stepped into a Team Lead role, and he has embraced this new responsibility with leadership, positivity, and a true investment in supporting those around him. We are so excited to continue watching him grow in this role.
🌳 Melissa - She brings such a rare combination of clinical expertise, creativity, leadership, & compassion to everything she does. As a therapist, she has an amazing ability to connect with children and families while constantly pushing herself to continue learning and growing. Her dedication to advancing her knowledge allows her to provide thoughtful, individualized care that makes a lasting impact on so many families.
Melissa plays such a vital role in the overall success and culture of the Center. She has been an incredible support to the staff through management and leadership of our teams and is continuously working behind the scenes on processes, systems, and improvements that help all of us function smoothly each day. So much of the positive flow, organization, and collaborative environment within our clinic is influenced by her hard work, problem-solving, and commitment to making things better for both staff and families. She leads with integrity, passion and a deep drive to just simply “do good.”
