October is for celebrating the Physical Therapy Team! 🎊🎈
The month will be extra special for our PT team because we added some new members to this dynamic group! Our first shout-out this month goes to Natalie, our incredible team lead!
Natalie brings such an incredible energy to CPTWC. She has a way of bringing life, positivity, and enthusiasm to the entire PT team, and her passion for what she does is truly palpable. Whether she is analyzing gait, recommending orthotics, or working with our sweet babies, Natalie approaches it all with genuine excitement and purpose. As she calls it...Work for me is like going to camp!
She finds so much joy in helping others, working with children, and building meaningful connections with families. It's hard not to let all that seep into you as well as you talk with her!
Beyond her clinical skills, Natalie has a magnetic personality that makes her an absolute joy to be around. Her enthusiasm is contagious. Her passion for pediatric physical therapy doesn’t just benefit the children and families she works with, it motivates the entire team and those around her, and makes everyone want to be better clinicians. We are incredibly lucky to have Natalie as part of our family, and we are so grateful for everything she has poured into our PT team and our practice.
