🌟 Friendly Faces Friday: Meet Charlotte! 🌟

This week, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on one of our incredible Unit Managers, Charlotte! ❤️

If you’ve ever met Charlotte, you know she has a bubbly personality that brightens everyone’s day. Whether she’s helping a resident, supporting a staff member, or making sure everything on the unit is running smoothly, she’s always on the move—running around like a chicken with her head cut off (in the very best way! 🐔💨). Her energy, dedication, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Here’s a little more about Charlotte in her own words:

“I am an LPN of 26 years. I was an STNA for 12 years prior to that. I’ve worked in long-term care most of my career. I started here at Post Acute in 2023. I worked the skilled unit and then took the ADON position in May of 2025. I love being part of this wonderful team. My days are filled with caring and compassion for our residents. I love what I do!!!”

With nearly four decades of experience in healthcare, Charlotte brings knowledge, compassion, and heart to everything she does. Her passion for caring for others shines through every single day, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of the Chillicothe Post Acute family.

Thank you, Charlotte, for your endless dedication, contagious positivity, and for always going above and beyond for our residents and staff. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💙🏥

As we celebrate our nation’s independence, we proudly honor the brave veterans whose courage, sacrifice, and service have helped protect the freedoms we enjoy today. We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate alongside these incredible heroes and all of the residents who make our community feel like home.

From all of us, thank you to our veterans, and we wish everyone a safe, joyful, and meaningful Independence Day! 🎆

What better way to kick off the 4th of July than with an IHOP breakfast for our amazing team! As we celebrate Independence Day, we’re also celebrating the incredible employees who make a difference every single day.

In honor of CNA Week, last week, our President and Vice President of the resident council; handed out goodies to our aides! ❤️ Each person received a heartfelt message from our Vice President!
