These businesses are owned by our neighbors, provide jobs, support local organizations, and help make our hometowns what they are. When we spend our money locally, we’re investing in our own communities and helping these businesses continue to grow and serve the people around them.

We want to thank each of you for allowing us to continue serving our community. This giveaway is just a small way for us to show our appreciation while also highlighting some of the wonderful local businesses that make our community so special.

🙏 A Moment in Prayer

Please take a minute with us to say a prayer.

Today, we ask that you lift up the young Dobyns-Bennett High School band student who recently lost both of her parents in a tragic accident in Knoxville. Please remember this young girl and her extended family and friends as they face days that no child should ever have to face. We pray that God will surround her with love, comfort, and people who will continue to be there for her.

We also ask that you remember the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives in the tragic plane crash in Miami, as well as those who were injured and everyone whose lives have been affected by this tragedy. We pray for comfort and strength for each person facing such a tremendous loss.

We are also thankful that our coworker’s husband’s surgery went well. We ask that you continue to remember him as he begins his recovery, praying for healing, strength, and a smooth recovery in the days ahead.

As always, please remember all of the prayer requests that have been shared with us, those who are sick or hurting, the families we have served and those we are currently serving, our community, our leaders, our nation, and those who are lost and undone without the saving grace of God.

There are so many burdens being carried that we may never know about. May we always remember that a little kindness, a listening ear, and a prayer can mean more than we realize.

🙏 A Moment in Prayer 🙏

Please take a minute with us to say a prayer.

Today, we want to thank God for bringing our coworker’s husband through his surgery successfully. We are grateful that everything went well, and we ask the Lord to continue watching over him as he begins his recovery. We pray for healing, renewed strength, comfort, and a quick recovery.

We also want to remember every prayer request that has been shared with us. Whether a request has been shared publicly, sent in a private message, or spoken quietly from the heart, we know that God hears every prayer. We ask Him to be with those who are sick, those who are hurting, those facing difficult circumstances, and those carrying burdens that others may not see.

We pray for the families we have served and those we are currently serving. May the Lord give them comfort, strength, and peace, and may they feel His presence during difficult days. We pray for our families, our community, our leaders, and our nation. We pray for the lost and undone, that hearts may be turned toward the Lord and that souls may come to know His saving grace. May God give peace to the troubled, strength to the weary, comfort to the grieving, and hope to those who need it most.

No request is too small, and no burden is too heavy for the Lord. Let us continue to lift one another up in prayer and trust in His will.

🙏 A Moment in Prayer 🙏

As we begin another week, we invite you to take a moment with us to pray for those in our community who need God’s comfort, strength, healing, and peace.

This week, we especially ask for prayers for the husband of one of our coworkers, who had a serious accident while loading cattle which broke his ankle and leg. He will be undergoing surgery soon. Please pray for a successful surgery, for the doctors and nurses caring for him, and that God will guide their hands and give them the wisdom they need. We thank God for protecting him from even more serious injuries, and we pray for strength for him and his family throughout this time and for a smooth and speedy recovery.

Let us also continue to remember the families we have served in the past and those we are currently serving. We ask God to be with each of them, providing comfort, strength, and peace in whatever circumstances they may be facing. We also pray for every prayer request that has been shared with us, whether in the comments, through a message, or in a personal conversation. Even when we don’t know every detail of someone’s situation, God does, and we trust that He hears every prayer.

We pray for our leaders and our nation, asking God to grant wisdom, guidance, and understanding to those in positions of responsibility. We pray for peace in our communities and throughout the world, for those who are sick or hurting, for families facing difficult circumstances, and for anyone who may be struggling in ways others cannot see.

Most importantly, we pray for the lost and undone, that their hearts may be drawn to the Lord and that they may come to know the saving grace, love, and mercy of Jesus Christ.

No matter what we may be facing, we can find comfort in knowing that we can bring every worry, every need, and every request before the Lord.

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
