Hey friends!! I'm stoked to announce our first challenge to be held across both of our studios! Introducing, The Flow Space Bingo 😎✨️ This challenge will be held from October 31st thru November 15th.

To participate, bingo sheets are available for purchase on Momence, or in person with cash for $1. Your bingo sheet will then be given to you at studio for you to hang onto and bring with you. Stickers will be held at studios.

So what are you playing for??

If you get a BINGO on your sheet, you win a choice of either 1) a Free Class, 2) a The Flow Space Beanie, or 3) a The Flow Space Tee Shirt. Only ONE bingo prize per person.

But try to get as many BINGOs as possible! Because there will also be TWO Grand Prize Winners! Each and every bingo on your sheet is an entry into the grand prize raffle. Both winners will receive (1) Monthly Unlimited Membership and (1) choice of a 1) The Flow Space Yoga Mat Towel, 2) The Flow Space Sweatshirt, or 3) The Flow Space Sweatpants

Some rules -
- No back tracking, classes and spaces must be done during the challenge dates (exception being the Momence profile picture)
- Each class only counts as one space. For instance, if you take a yoga class at 7pm, that class only counts towards either "take a 7pm" or "take a yoga class". Non class spaces, like "write a review on Google" can be done and counted any time throughout the challenge dates.

- Every Saturday 11:15am - 12:00pm in Clarks Summit

- Fit for Birth is a supportive 45-minute prenatal class designed to help you feel strong, confident, and prepared for birth—both physically and mentally.

Through gentle, purposeful movement, mental preparation, and breathing techniques, you’ll learn tools to help you feel more connected to your body, manage the intensity of labor, and approach birth with greater confidence and calm.

This is more than a fitness class. It’s a space to prepare your body, your mind, and your breath for one of life’s most powerful experiences.

I am so grateful and joyful. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and my mission to bring enjoyable and effective movement to our community within kind, positive, encouraging spaces.

- Flash Sale on 5, 10, and 20 Class Passes as we ring in the new school year 🏫
- Class Passes can be used at both locations, be mindful of which one you are selecting upon booking
- Class passes don't activate until first use, so you can buy now, and use/start anytime. After activations, passes expire in 6 months
- Late cancels, within 4 hours of class time, lose their class pass. Exceptions apply.

Opening class this Saturday July 11th at 11am. After party details to follow. Regular schedule starts the 12th.

Make sure to now take note of the location (The Flow Space - Clarks Summit, and The Flow Space - Dunmore) while booking on Momence.
