With students back in school, we're proud to celebrate our partnership with Cleveland Metropolitan School District through MetroHealth's School Health Program.

Healthy students are ready to learn. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, MetroHealth continues to bring healthcare closer to students and families through school-based health services, mobile care and trusted community partnerships.

For many patients living with chronic illness, healthy food isn't always easy to access.

MetroHealth's Food as Medicine program helps bridge that gap by providing nutritious groceries, nutrition education and ongoing support for patients and families facing food insecurity.

Last year, the program provided food for nearly 48,000 meals to community members working to improve their health.

But for many, everyday hazards can increase the risk of falls, injury and hospitalization.

Through MetroHealth's Aging in Place program, patients receive home assessments and modifications that make their homes safer and more accessible.

Sometimes a simple change can help someone maintain independence, avoid injury and continue living where they feel most comfortable.

Some finish lines mean a little more. 💙

At MetroHealth's Resiliency Run, every step tells a story of strength, healing and hope. That's why we're thrilled to recognize Anthony Zalewski, Tina Nickell and Andrew Neading as our newest Champions of Philanthropy!

Over the years, their passion and leadership have helped grow the Resiliency Run into a beloved community tradition that supports MetroHealth's Burn and Trauma survivor programs while bringing more than 1,200 people together to celebrate resilience, recovery and hope and raising more than $100,000.

Their favorite part? Watching patients return to cross the finish line alongside the care teams who helped save their lives.

A single moment can change a life forever.

In 2016, Dee lost her husband to a drunk driver and sustained a traumatic brain injury that required her to relearn how to walk, speak and navigate daily life.

The road ahead was anything but easy. But with determination, support from her loved ones and care from the team at MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute, Dee began building a new future.

"I didn't feel like I was just a patient. I felt hopeful again. The old me isn't here anymore. I'm building a new life."

Dee's journey is a powerful reminder that healing is about more than recovery. It's about rediscovering strength, finding hope and reclaiming the life that's ahead of you.

Every day, MetroHealth's rehabilitation team helps patients facing life-changing injuries and illnesses take those next steps forward.
