Bleckley Memorial Hospital has officially completed two major facility upgrades, significantly expanding local healthcare access for rural residents. Funded through the Georgia HEART Hospital Program, the hospital successfully renovated a state of the art Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy (PT/OT) rehabilitation suite and launched a brand new space dedicated to Outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation. These capital improvements allow patients to receive specialized, high quality recovery services directly in Cochran, eliminating the need to travel long distances for rehabilitation Therapies. “These upgrades reflect our absolute commitment to delivering high quality care, close to home,” said hospital CEO John Roland. “We continue to strive and improve our small, rural hospital. Thank you to those who continue to support the Georgia HEART Program and invest in the health of our community.Your generosity is making a lasting difference.”
