One of the biggest patterns I keep seeing with women in their 40s+ right now is this:
They aren't sitting around doing nothing.

They're trying. Working out. Paying attention to nutrition. Trying to “be healthy.”

And yet their body suddenly feels softer, puffier, slower to recover, and less responsive.

So most women assume:

When your body feels different, the default response is usually:
➡️ eat less
➡️ move more
➡️ adjust the plan again

That approach can create more variability when recovery, stress, and fueling are already off balance.
