☕️ Your morning coffee could spark a conversation that changes or even saves a life.

Join us for our June 2nd Tuesday Morning Coffee Hour as special guest speakers from our Pines Behavioral Health Services Team lead an important conversation on depression, mental health, and su***de prevention. 💚

Sometimes the most meaningful connections start over a simple cup of coffee. Let’s come together as a community to learn, listen, support one another, and help break the stigma surrounding mental health.

Does your dog turn into a trembling shadow when thunderstorms roll in, or pace the floor the second you grab your car keys? 🐾💔

Dog anxiety is incredibly real, and it’s heartbreaking to watch our furry best friends struggle with fear. Whether it’s loud noises, separation anxiety, or the dreaded car ride, you don't have to navigate it alone. We're a community of pet lovers, and we're here to help you help them.

Here are a few gentle ways to help manage your dog’s anxiety at home:

🐾 Create a Safe Haven: Set up a quiet, cozy "den" (like a blanket-lined crate or a dark closet) where they can retreat when the world gets too loud.

🐾 The Power of Distraction: High-value treats, like a frozen peanut butter KONG, can give their brain a positive puzzle to focus on during stressful moments.

🐾 Keep Your Cool: Dogs are experts at reading our energy. If we act anxious or overly fussy, they take it as a sign that there is something to worry about. Take a deep breath and keep your routine calm and normal.

🐾 Consider Calming Tools: Thundershirts, pheromone diffusers (like Adaptil), or calming music can work wonders for mild stressors.

Remember: Every dog is an individual, and what works for one might not work for another. If your pup's anxiety is affecting their quality of life, please reach out to us. From behavioral advice to tailored medical support, we'll find a solution together to bring the wag back to their tail. 🐕❤️

Give us a call or drop by to chat—we're always here for you and your fur family!

Self-care isn’t always aesthetic.

Sometimes it looks like:
– Canceling plans
– Setting boundaries
– Asking for help
– Taking a break
– Saying “no” without guilt

Real self-care is about protecting your peace—not performing it.

💚 Ask yourself; What is one thing you need to say no to? What does self-care look like to me?
