Heather Mattoon is a psychic medium, astrologer, spiritual mentor, and ordained Spiritual Minister in the Order of Melchizedek. Hello!

She is dedicated to empowering others on their spiritual journey. I’m Heather, an ordained spiritual minister, professional astrologer, Reiki Master Teacher, medium, and intuitive guide. I’ve been walking this path behind the scenes for some time, but I’ve finally chosen to live my truth and serve others through the skills and wisdom I’ve gained along the way. I use spiritual tools to help others navigate their own journey, especially during this pivotal moment in humanity’s evolution. I am also an ordained minister in the Priesthood of the Order of Melchizedek, a path of spiritual service and universal love that honors all faiths and seeks to uplift collective consciousness. My approach is grounded in life purpose and healing. I center each client’s real life experiences and draw from mixed modalities to help them recognize their inner power to overcome challenges and align with their truth. I don’t predict a fixed future, but I do read the energy, forecast upcoming themes, and offer guidance on how to work with those influences to co-create your ideal reality. My hope is to inspire and empower you, help you see the potential within your situation, and offer tools and insight that you can integrate on your spiritual path.

🕯️ Creating a Sacred Space

An altar can give your spiritual practice a place in your everyday life. Even a small shelf, a corner of your dresser, or a little tray can be enough.

Start by choosing its purpose. Is this a space for daily reflection, honoring your ancestors, connecting with a deity, or will it be used for setting an intention?

Then choose a few intentional items. Here are examples:

✨ A candle
✨ A sacred image.
✨ A stone, flower, or seasonal item.
✨ A handwritten intention.

The objects should reflect your practice and the relationships you’re honoring.

Spend time there. Meditate, pull a card, or just focus on your intention and take a few deep breaths. Keep it clean and cared for. Then change it up with the season, the lunar cycle, or when you have a new intention you want to bring in.

What did you mean when you said, “I’m fine”?

Mercury stations retrograde in Scorpio today, and I’m thinking about the conversations underneath the conversations.

Scorpio asks us to look beneath the surface. This retrograde can be an invitation to revisit what went unsaid and get curious about why we held it back.

Sometimes we need privacy or time to understand our feelings. Sometimes we’re hoping someone will figure out what we need without us having to say it.

Before reopening a conversation with someone else, try having an honest one with yourself. Here are some journal prompts:

What am I feeling?
What am I assuming?
What do I actually want to know?
