Most athletes who’ve plateaued think they need to just “work harder”. And although sometimes that might be the case, most of the time the ceiling they’re experiencing has a specific cause… and the solution isn’t about adding more reps…. alot of times its about reducing volume and identifying exactly where force is leaking out before the athlete can express it.

For 250 years our flag has represented the ideals that this great nation was built on.. faith, freedom, perseverance, sacrifice and the belief that anything is possible.

Let us never forget that the flag that represents the greatest and most powerful nation the world has ever seen belongs to us. It belongs to WE THE PEOPLE.

We the people have a responsibility to ensure that our flag continues to represent those ideals so that the generations that come after us have the same opportunities we all have been blessed to have as citizens of this great nation.

With the World Cup almost here — let’s talk women’s soccer.

It’s a sport that demands cutting, decelerating, and changing direction all while at full speed. And it has unique physical demands that not every sport has.

Is your daughter’s body trained for that?…

Most aren’t. They may be skilled at soccer — but their bodies aren’t physically prepared for what the game actually demands. And that’s where the risk lives.

Single leg strength.The ability to decelerate and accelerate while maintaining structural integrity. These aren’t things that get trained in team practice or a general gym program.
