✨ Rezac PT Spotlight ✨

Meet Dr. Rachael Ehrle—our resident queen of dad jokes 👑
As she says, “You can’t spell party without PT!”

Rachael recently celebrated her 6-year anniversary with Rezac & Associates Physical Therapy, and we’re proud to highlight the depth of expertise and passion she brings to our team every day.

Rachael earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training, maintaining both her certification and Colorado licensure. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University (2020), followed by completion of the Regis Orthopedic Residency (2021). She is also an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS).

Her clinical passions include:
• Helping high school athletes return to sport—and progress to the collegiate level
• Treating pediatric patients with developmental delays and sensory integration needs

Rachael has expanded her expertise into pelvic health, earning her Certificate of Advanced Practice in Pelvic Health (CAPP-Pelvic). She treats both male and female patients with:
• Bladder and bowel dysfunction
• Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)
• Complex vascular conditions such as Nutcracker Syndrome and Pelvic Congestion Syndrome

She also provides care across the pregnancy journey—from pre-pregnancy through postpartum—helping patients improve pelvic floor strength and reduce dysfunction through pelvic floor physical therapy.

Rachael is currently continuing her advanced training toward CAPP-OB (Obstetric Physical Therapy) to further support the pelvic floor physical therapy population.

May is Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD) Awareness Month—a time when the global community comes together to raise awareness, advocate for better care, and push progress forward.

We’re VERY excited to welcome Dr. Joshua Bottorff, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, MS to the team at Rezac & Associates Physical Therapy! 🎉

Dr. Bottorff brings nearly two decades of clinical experience treating orthopedic, vestibular, chronic pain, neurological, and post-surgical conditions across outpatient orthopedic clinics, military healthcare systems, and manual therapy settings throughout Colorado Springs.

Joshua earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University and also holds a Master of Science in Exercise & Sport Science from Iowa State University. He is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), and is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling Basic and Advanced Techniques.

He is also currently completing fellowship training in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy through Regis University.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bottorff has worked extensively with:

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Aubrey Jegier, PT, DPT BACK to the team at Rezac & Associates Physical Therapy! 🎉

Aubrey started with us as a rehabilitation technician before she went into her doctoral program. We are extremely grateful to have her back treating our community side by side with us!

Dr. Jegier is an orthopedic residency-trained Doctor of Physical Therapy with experience treating a wide variety of patient populations including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, vestibular, geriatric, and postoperative conditions.

She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Baylor University and completed her orthopedic residency training through Texas Physical Therapy Specialists in Austin, Texas. She is Dry Needle Trained in both Basic and Advanced Needling Techniques.

Aubrey has special interests in:
▫️ Orthopedic rehabilitation
▫️ Sports rehabilitation
▫️ Lymphedema management
▫️ Post-operative recovery
▫️ EDS & connective tissue disorders
▫️ Vertigo & vestibular dysfunction

She is passionate about providing personalized, evidence-based care to help patients improve function, mobility, and quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Aubrey enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and time with her family/friends.

We have a few new friendly faces around the clinic as of late and we are here to update you all on our fantastic additions to the Rezac family. It has almost been a year with having Dr. Tyler Meeks, PT, DPT added to our team at Rezac & Associates Physical Therapy
! 🎉

Originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, Dr. Meeks earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Armstrong State University before beginning his career in Texas. After moving to Colorado Springs with his wife 7 years ago, he’s proudly called Colorado home ever since.

Dr. Meeks brings experience working with patients at all stages of their rehabilitation journey and has special interests in:
▫️ Neurological rehabilitation
▫️ Vestibular & balance dysfunction
▫️ Concussion recovery
▫️ Stroke rehabilitation
▫️ Orthopedics & traumatic injuries

He is also Dry Needling Certified (Basic and Advanced Level), and Barbell Rehab Method Certified and passionate about helping patients improve independence, mobility, and quality of life through individualized care.

When he’s not in the clinic, Tyler enjoys reading, chess, trivia, weight lifting, gaming, cooking, and spending time with his wife and dog.
