Please join us in welcoming Amanda Allan, our new Assistant Executive Director at Brandywine Colts Neck!

Amanda joins Brandywine with experience at Artis Senior Living and Sunrise Senior Living. She has a strong passion for serving the memory care population and is excited to bring her experience and dedication to her new role.

Outside of work, Amanda has been married for six years and enjoys spending time with her dog, Gary, who she proudly calls her pride and joy.

Amanda looks forward to meeting the Colts Neck community, contributing to the team, and beginning this exciting new chapter at Brandywine!

Please join us in welcoming Adam Kaiser, our new Maintenance Director at Brandywine Colts Neck!

Adam joins Brandywine with experience as a Senior Maintenance Technician at Brightview Senior Living in Eatontown. He is excited to bring his experience and skills to Colts Neck and help keep the community looking its very best.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his two German Shepherds, his family, and watching hockey. And, of course, he proudly cheers, “Go Rangers!”

Please join us in welcoming Shannon Warn as Life Enrichment Director at Brandywine Colts Neck by Monarch!

Shannon has been dedicated to assisted living and memory care since 2007, bringing a compassionate, person-centered approach to enriching the lives of seniors. Her diverse background includes advertising design and medical assisting, and she is also a licensed skincare specialist.

Shannon is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, Certified Activity Director, Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and holds certifications in Assisted Living Engagement (ALEC) and Validation for Memory Care. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that foster connection, purpose, and joy for residents every day.

Outside of work, Shannon is most proud of her son, Forest, an architect, and enjoys caring for her father at home. In her free time, she loves cruising and exploring new destinations.

We are excited to welcome Shannon to the Monarch team and look forward to the creativity, compassion, and dedication she will bring to our residents and families!

Our residents enjoyed an evening at the Colts Neck Municipal Complex for the Sounds of Summer Concert Series.

We listened to patriotic favorites and classic Americana performed by the Band of Two Rivers Brass Band, enjoyed the beautiful summer weather, and spent the evening with our neighbors in the Colts Neck community.

We're grateful to have events like these right here in Colts Neck and look forward to the next concert! 🎶
